Singapore is blessed with two wonderful botanic gardens that is worthwhile a visit.
This baffling 150-years old park is attraction for locals and visitors alike. It offers a wide selection of plants and horticultural attractions. Some concerts are offered in the park from time to time. If it's your first visit in the park we would suggest that you take a guided tour as there is alot to see and could be easy to miss.
As the name suggest this is a heaven for Orchid entusiasts and is actually a part of the Singapore Botanic Gardens. The park opened in 1995 and is located on the highest hill in the Singapore Botanic Gardens. 3000 square meters landscaped with magnificent Orchids of more than 600 species. The area is divided into four blocks, one for each season of the year where it's as much colorful. Admission is free for students the first week of school holidays.
